It’s 6am. You need a coffee, but the café isn’t open. You want to exercise, but you don’t have enough time to get to the gym before your chaotic day begins. Well, let me solve all your problems in just 10 minutes with this at-home workout.
Not jokes, it’ll replace that morning coffee you swore you could never go without. Sounds like a pretty big statement to make, but hear us out. This variation of exercises will target your entire body in an aerobic capacity, leaving you with a high heart rate, and fat burning effect on the body that will continue long after you’ve finished the workout itself. To reap the most benefits, your primary aim should be to focus on maximum repetitions in each interval block. Each time, try to match or increase the reps you complete.
All you need is a timer, a skipping rope, and a small clear space like your living room, backyard, or office. Download a tabata timer on your phone, get your favourite tunes pumping, and most importantly, get moving.
